Most lawsuits settle prior to trial.  One of the most successful methods to resolve disputes is through mediation.   Mediation is a structured, interactive process where an impartial third party, the mediator, assists disputing parties in resolving conflict through the use of specialized communication and negotiation techniques.  Mediation is a faster and more cost-effective process to reach a resolution when compared to years of litigation.  Heather Cady is certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution/Mediation through the Ohio Supreme Court and is trained to assist parties in finding the best offer to resolve the conflict which is both fair and equitable.
