Clem Pater III

Attorney

Clem has more than 40 years of experience practicing law in Ohio. He received both a Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Business Administration from Xavier University and a Juris Doctorate at the University of Cincinnati College of Law.

He is admitted to practice law in all Ohio courts (1969) as well as in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Ohio (1970).

Mr. Pater currently serves on the Butler County Probate Committee. He has been a long-time advocate for the community, serving 19 years on the Board of Directors for the Home Federal Savings & Loan Association of Hamilton and for 18 years on the Board of Trustees for Partners in Prime (formerly Senior Citizens, Inc.).

He is a member of the Butler County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. He also served in numerous leadership capacities for over thirteen years with the Hamilton-Fairfield Jaycees.
