DUI

When you are pulled over for driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, that officer is required to strictly comply with the procedures of very technical, scientific tests known as field sobriety tests. Law enforcement is also required to comply with the Ohio Administrative Code regarding any breath, urine or blood samples that they obtain from you. We are here to make sure that the police do comply with those procedures. When you get a second or third DUI, the penalties substantially increase, until the fourth which is a felony. We are here to make sure those DUIs don't start to build on each other.
